Welcome to Richborough Farm

We are a family-run business offering charming self-catering holiday accommodation in our beautifully converted farm buildings in Kent. Nestled in peaceful countryside and conveniently located near a range of local attractions. Richborough Farm provides the perfect retreat for family holidays, gatherings with friends, or special events.

Our Accommodation

We currently offer three unique holiday homes on the farm, each varying in size to suit different group needs. Across the properties, there are a total of six bedrooms available.

The Boiler House

The boiler house is a beautiful and spacious three bed situated at the top of richborough. Overseaing the old port this dwelling has a beautiful sun rise and sun set. During summer the customers have access to the football and volleyball pitch provided by the Upton family. The updated decor situated in the natural and old setting is the contrast needed for a relaxed weekend away.

The Tractor Shed

This is the second property renovated on the farm. Although it is a smaller version of the boiler house, this property still comes with an excess of space and beauty. The 2 bedrooms makes the tractor shed a perfect family location.

The Granary

New to the farm, the Granary is a one bed which comes with a comfortable kitchen living room which is all a couple need to reconnect with the countryside. Renovated from an old farm barn, this dwelling encompases the feeling of escape.

The cottage was real! Really equipped with every comfort, sparkling clean and very nice and modern furnishings. The fenced in front of the backyard was great for our dog. Located on the garden, there is a very large field which was also totally fenced.
